您應該要自己學著改的
而不要等待別人將改好的東西丟給你

搜尋 overall_footer.tpl ，有一句是 Powered by 以及 {TRANSLATION_INFO} 的部份，
找出那一句，把它搬移到你想要的位置就可以了。
至於靠左靠右這就要運用 HTML 語法了，自己去 K 一下：http://www.hkiwc.com。

「最佳瀏覽環境」那一句也是，這要自己另外加進去，加在你想要顯示的地方。

如果還是不懂，就用瀏覽器「檢視原始檔」的功能，參考看看竹貓的頁尾是怎麼寫的吧....
