[問題] 設定某人之版面管理權限

因公司特定需求條件下,需使mssql server及mysql同步,所以資料匯入mysql中的phpbb_users這張資料表中...
進而我將某些版面的版面管理權限設定給特定人員,則出現下列錯誤,請問是由何造成的...

os:win 2000 server + appser 2.4.1 + mysql 4.0.20 + php 4.3.8 + iis 5.0

你應該是有裝過什麼外掛或改過哪裡才會這樣的吧!?

一安裝完畢都沒動過,所以任何的外掛也沒裝...
且在phpmyadmin中..phpbb_auth_access資料表有?出現於每一筆資料前,也就是單一筆資料刪除圖示變成問號(?)
我只是寫支程式,將mssql server中的會員資料匯入mysql中的phpbb_user中而已...
還有我一安裝好phpbb,只是將群組及版面部分做新增和設定,沒再做其他動作...

請問一下...是不是將資料匯入users資料表中,連同user_group及groups資料表也要連同新增一筆資料...
因為會員個人權限問題一直無法解決..在多次建立論壇才發現,這三張資料表好像是有關連的....請指教..謝謝...
