[問題]Split topic type的安裝問題

小弟在考慮要安裝Split topic type時，看到了這段說明

請問它是說SQL這部分是選用嗎？
如果不安裝的話，是不是也可以做到公告置頂分區呢？
若是要安裝的話，是不是要將ALTER XXXXXXXXXXX這四段的語法丟到phpMyADmin來執行？
懇請各位前輩賜教！

1.是滴
2.是, 但是會員無法選擇自己喜愛的顯示方式
3.是, 但是不止這樣 按照他的說明中所寫的你還必須安裝額外的 MOD-mods_settings mod(可在該外掛的包裝中找到)
PS.以上的回答完全按照字面上的解釋, 這個外掛我沒裝過, 詳細的情形不是很清楚

建議裝 1.05 版...
我不喜歡最新版的功能...
很多東西不需要把權限下放給所有會員...
而且最新版的對另外一支全域公告有相容性問題...

就是按照說明改到最後一個檔案後...竟發現我找不到可對應的條件來修改!!
