[問題] 無法登入phpMyAdmin的問題

我安裝好appserv在網址上打http://localhost一切正常但是按照這篇http://phpbb-tw.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=16221
教學下去做更改時卻出現下列錯誤:
