發生問題：之前都上到http://localhost,但是昨天突然上不到。說連線失敗Firefox 無法與伺服器 localhost 建立連線,ie就說無發顯示網頁。

你所用的軟件版本比較舊（注意 PHP 版本），建議使用以下其中一個網站的軟件來代替：

http://www.wampserver.com/en/

依 log 看，好像不少檔案是不見了。
你應該檢查一下相關 directory 是否這樣。
可能要自行用 backup 來 restore 。
