各位先進大大，小弟頭一次來這裡發問，
我在網路上申請免費的phpBB論壇（應該是3.0的）
剛開始啟用都還很ok，
但是才過沒多久就一直出現General Error。

整個頁面上的訊息是這樣的：

比如說付費使用之類的？
這樣會不會讓網站穩定一點呢？
