我是討論區的administrator，收到以下這個電郵：

The account with the username 'amyc' (amyc.info), is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota.
This account has used 98.05% (490.25/500.00 MB) of its allocated disk space.

可是，我不知應到討論區的甚麼位置增大disk quota及如何做法，請各位幫忙。

通常論壇最會佔據空間的，大概就是 /files/ 資料夾，它是附加檔案上傳所預設儲存位置。

建議您：
1. 檢視上述資料夾的容量大小如何？
2. 檢視您的空間，除了架設論壇之外，是否還有儲存其他的檔案？
3. 如果捨不得移除檔案，那麼就得設法增大可以使用的空間。

您所租用的空間是 cPanel 的控制平台，如果平時沒有過分消耗空間容量的話，那先從 FTP 根目錄中的 tmp 暫存檔目錄釋放主機容量開始。

tmp 暫存檔目錄用途說明：
tmp/analog（Analog 流量統計工具暫存目錄）
tmp/awstats（AWStats 流量統計工具暫存目錄）
tmp/webalizer（Webalizer 流量統計工具暫存目錄）
tmp/webalizerftp（WebalizerFTP 流量統計工具暫存目錄）

原則上只要進入這些目錄裡面刪除舊的檔案，就能夠釋放一定程度的使用空間。
只是在刪除之前要想清楚這些流量統計資料還需不需保留，如果需要就先備份再刪除。

刪除的方式進入 tmp/analog 然後用選取的方式來刪除，也就是不刪除原本的目錄避免發生系統錯誤。

差不多就是這樣了。
