[問題]PHPBB的亂碼問題--許功蓋

我用的版本是PHPNuke6.8整合的Forums，並升級為2.06版，
用的是Windows2000+Apache2.0+MySQL+PHP
在發表主題或內文時，只要該行第一個字或最後一個字是「蓋」就會出現下列錯誤：
