[Windows][外掛]當送出文章時的錯誤訊息

●架設主機作業系統：Windows2000 Pro
●快速架站程式：Appserv
●安裝的程式：Apache + php + MySql
●phpBB2 版本：phpBB (2.0.3)。
各位前輩小弟可否請問
出現這種問題有解決的辦法嗎
是否 真的smtp 有問題
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
