[問題]AppServ Open Project登入的問題

●架設主機作業系統：Windows(Xp Pro)
●快速架站程式：The AppServ Open Project - 1.8.0 for Windows
●您的上網方式：seednet ADSL
●您的 phpBB2 版本：phpBB (2.0.8a)
●錯誤代碼：
之前用都還好好的~
後來當我要灌水怪外掛~
執行一段sql時~網頁他跑了很久~沒有反應~(可能是那時候網路斷了有問題)
我就把它關了~網路好了~重開機之後~
我一樣從ie進入我的The AppServ Open Project - 1.8.0 for Windows
然後點phpMyAdmin Database Manager Version 2.3.0要進去在重弄~
結果顯示了~
怎麼會降子阿~就再也進不去了>"<怎麼辦~各位前輩救救我~
點進下面ㄉPHP-Nuke Web Portal System Version 5.6
他的視窗告訴我
怎麼會降阿~我該怎麼辦>"< 
然後那頁的兩旁也有
該怎麼解決ㄋ??
