[問題]sql和中文圖形按鈕的問題

請問一下為什麼安把別人作的中文圖形按鈕上傳到我的虛擬主機上，有時候會看的我上傳上ㄑ的中文圖形按鈕有時後卻沒看到圖形呢？
為什麼我剛剛上ㄑ我的虛擬主機卻很正常，後來不知道為什麼出現sql的問題，出現下面的訊息：
