[問題] AppServ-win32-2.5.3版問題

我將AppServ安裝至win2000 server作業系統下，但每次都無法正常啟動Apache，不知是什麼原因？
我確定已將IIS關閉，我也採用8080 PORT，每次安裝完後，將游標移到底下Apache的圖示上就顯示No service installed, 如果去執行Start, Stop, Restart，都會出現no installed service name 'Apache2'. 然後開始倒數30秒。
請各位前輩指教。非常謝謝。

這不是 phpBB 架站問題，還有建議您可以安裝比較穩定的版本 appserv 2.4.x

well there seems to be some confusion so I'll put what you have to do in this post....
The Apache Fix
---------------------
- Open up a command prompt, and type in cd appserv/apache2/bin
-
Next type: apache -k install (This has now installed apache as a service.)
- Go to your program files, appserv, apache control server and click on start.
