[問題] 為何我發email給組別時，不能發出

為何我發email給組別時，不能發出，因我的網站內有幾個組別，當我發出10個人以下的組別是可以的，但當我發出一個超過30人的組別，便出現問題。還有我在系統管理內的系統設定內的電郵設定也是不能開啟，是否代表我的網站出現問題，以下是出現的字句\r
