[問題]2.0.18 升級 2.0.19(解決了)

關於 2.0.18 升級到 2.0.19 的相關教學翻譯文件是參考 Mac 製作之頁面：

進行 install.php 的動作 後卻出現了以下問題：
Unable to get list of smilies from the DB
1146: Table 'fayeng.smiles' doesn't exist
SELECT code, smile_url
FROM smiles
以為是內容改錯了，故試著把所有版本升級更新至 2.0.19 手動修改升級檔案官方下載點http://phpbb-tw.net/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=41649 內的2.0.18 to 2.0.19 的包包上載再進行install...但問題卻一樣？
這是什麼問題？
