Registers, has following problem:"Failed sending email"
Does not want "email server" to be allowed directly to register .On may not register through " email server " finished.

如果你要發送系統郵件通知就必須要有smtp伺服器

沒有smtp server無法發送信件
或許你可以參考精華區裡面修改php.ini檔
