對不起, 混亂了大家....
我安裝的版本是 index_seo_description_and_keywords_mod_1_0_2.zip，在 viewtopic.php?f=132&t=54078 下載的。
是再運行 install_index_seo.php 時顯示找不到網頁。根据 zip 檔內 install 的指示，install_index_seo.php 放在 language/en/mods/內。
