[問題] Windows系統會有reboot現象?(已爬文)

Windows 作業系統版本：WIN2000 Advance Server
Appserv 安裝版本：2.1.0

Q1:
RUN了有2個月都很正常
不過最近連續好幾天, 主機有重開機的現象(每日固定一開...唉!)
很擔心windows哪天便一睡不起..
事件檢視有錯誤訊息:

c:/appserv/apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous Apache run? <<<
 before the error.log file could be opened.

請教前輩們, 我要從何處著手解決?
