　　小弟本來是將IE的「永遠將 URL 傳送成 UTF-8 (需要重新啟動)」取消，方可瀏覽中文檔名，但在自己的伺服器上，卻要將其勾選，才能正常瀏覽。且火狐也無法連結。
　　用 Appserv 無此問題，不知是什麼狀況？該如何設定、調整？
