[Windows]phpbb2(2.0.5) 載入中文問題

i using win2000 and

i using

phpbb2 v 2.0.5
mysql v 4.0
apache v 2.0.4

when using english install phpbb2 , 完全無問題 , 之後我去返 phpbb.com download 個台灣中文 ( lang_chinese_traditional_taiwan 43.8 KB) , 不過唔識裝 ....

我試個 put it in \phpbb2\language 個 folder 度 , 之後再裝過個 phpbb2 , in installation page , it can let me choose english and 中文 , use english 完全無問題 , 不過一用中文 , 就會變亂碼 , 要自己去 IE 檢視再 choose encode to chinese 先 display 到 , 我已經 click 左自動選取 , but it can't display automatically , after install , it can use 中文 , 不過每入一頁都要去 IE 檢視再 choose encode to chinese 先 display 到中文 ....

and it has a big problem that is 去 系統管理 果頁 choose 左 encode to chinese 都係亂碼 , i can't add forum topic ( can't see 亂碼 ) and manage my forum .....

what can i do ? i have search here , but haven't 相關主題 , 係咪唔應該 put the chinese language folder to \phpbb2\language folder ?

please help if anyone know how to solve , i have tried many times ....

我是從竹貓這兒下載中文語系包，解開後放在 language 下，
目錄名應該是 lang_chinese_traditional_taiwan ，
phpBB 2.0.5 到 2.0.6 使用都沒問題～～
