[外掛]File Attachment 2.39檔案無法上傳！

小第的系統環境：Linux 8.0 +Mysql3.23+Php+Apache
安裝了PHPBB+File Attachment 2.39 MOD后，發現無法新增檔案。
錯誤内容如下：
Couldn't store Attachment.
Your post has been stored.
