我按照說明檔安裝
執行 update_attach239_to_2311.php
出現...

[Added/Updated] line: 1 , ALTER TABLE phpbb_attachments ADD INDEX (privmsgs_id)
[Added/Updated] line: 2 , ALTER TABLE phpbb_attachments ADD INDEX (post_id)
[Added/Updated] line: 3 , UPDATE phpbb_attachments_config SET config_value = "2.3.11" WHERE config_name = "attach_version"

架設時已經是用最新1.52版
安裝方式好像跟phpbb非plus版不一樣\r

Attachment Mod Upgrade for phpBB2 Plus 1.52

This Package updates your Attachment Mod Version from 2.3.9 to 2.3.11
which is the latest available Package. First replace all files then
run the file update_attach239_to_2311.php in your Browser and you
are done. After running the file update_attach239_to_2311.php delete it !
You should upgrade urgently because of Security Holes in
Version 2.3.9
