"phpBB3.0.5版"無法用中文發表文章?

請問一下，我用phpBB3.0.5版，用中文發表文章後出現以下訊息，請問是哪裡有問題?謝謝!
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1572864 bytes) in D:\AppServ\www\phpBB3\includes\utf\data\utf_nfkc_qc.php on line 2

另外，我要註冊會員，卻一直顯示"輸入的 Email 域名沒有有效的 MX 記錄"，可是我輸入的e-mail格式是正常的啊!謝謝!

PS：我安裝時已中文化。

"e-mail格式是正常" 不見得就有 "有效的 MX 記錄".
